Six strangers wake up confused, lost and tied up to a table. They don't know why, and how, they got there, but soon, they find out they must play a twisted game of Russian Roulette in order to survive. As the game unfolds, they quickly learn they are not strangers after all and they must decide: what is more valuable? Their secrets, or the lives of the person next to them?
